If you ask anyone about the meaning of the word “marketing” you will find that 90% of the answers, especially in Iraq, indicate a faulty understanding of the word. Marketing means for them only the advertising and promotion of a product, which in reality is only one part of the overall meaning of the concept. The inclusive and simple definition of marketing is the process of satisfying customer needs by which your business makes its profit!
